Our facilitator, Laura Gates, will share key lessons she discovered as a leadership coach and trainer to women in science, engineering and tech. The event will provide experiential learning opportunities including:

This program combines training, shared stories from other women in the field who have directly benefited from Laura’s training, and will provide opportunities for real-time coaching conversations to allow you to break through to your next level. Laura brings a humorous, practical approach gained over almost 25 years from working with thousands of leaders in the leadership training, organizational development and culture change arena with women leaders in tech, bio-tech and big pharma.

Workshop Leader: Laura Gates
Laura Gates, Founder Gates Group LLC, brings 24 years of experience in the leadership development, training and coaching field having worked with NASA Astronauts, Naval jet fighters, decorated Generals and CEO’s of Silicon Valley tech startups. Laura is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, certified in International Coaching Federation-approved Knowledge-based Coaching and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching. She’s used the tools of David Allen’s Getting Things Done, Crucial Conversations, The Energy Project, Non-Violent Communications, Rational Behavior Therapy, various 360 assessment tools, including OPM, DiSc, EQ360 and MBTI. She holds a BA in Business from Syracuse University’s School of Management and is a graduate of the San Francisco Renaissance Entrepreneur Center.
