Thank you Johnson & Johnson for helping to host this engaging East Bay AWIS workshop featuring Vikas Bhatia from the Prana Partnership. Bhatia guided a lively discussion to help attendees gain a greater awareness of how each person’s mind and background affects the way they act and react in situations. The goal of this workshop was to empower women to pursue leadership roles without sacrificing who they truly are. To be the lighthouse in the storm by harnessing unique character strengths instead of trying to conform to an archetype.
A special thanks to Vikas Bhatia of the Prana Partnership for generously donating his time and knowledge for this event. To read more about Vikas Bhatia, check out his blog post on “How Gender Diversity Efforts are Failing Us” …or read his post, “Velco. Teflon. The Mind. And the future of humanity“, that was inspired by Margarita’s question at the workshop!
We look forward to seeing everyone at the next event!
